About Us
For many couples contemplating marrying abroad, a registered, experienced Wedding Planner with an intimate knowledge of the location and available local services and suppliers is an absolute must. This is where we at Lindos Weddings are here to help you. We have a wealth of experience organising weddings and vow renewals on Rhodes, in fact over the last 7 years we have grown to become the leading supplier of independently arranged weddings on the island, with a level of service and attention that is now often very often imitated, but never as yet equalled.
Why Rhodes?
In common with many visitors to this magical location, after visiting for the first time back in the early 90’s we both fell in love with the people and place. Returning year after year, both to work and spend time with friends, the beautiful village of Lindos seemed to be the natural choice for the location of our own wedding a number of years ago. Drawing on our own knowledge and experience of the area, we decided early on that we would be happier to deal directly with the best suppliers on the island in order to tailor our own arrangements, rather than rely on the service offered by the large tour companies who were at the time the only providers of wedding services in Lindos. We wanted something more personal and individual than what we had seen was on offer through them. So, with the freedom and contacts to enable us to tailor our own wedding in exactly the way we had both imagined it, and consequently with the desire to offer these advantages to other couples considering Lindos as their own dream wedding venue, the concept of ‘Lindos Weddings’ was born.....
Innovative & Imaginative
From our first day of operation we have always tried to lead the way when it comes to offering the very highest levels of service and attention to our clients. We were the first wedding company operating anywhere in Greece to offer our UK and Eire based clients a consultation in the UK during the winter months prior to their wedding day as part of our service.
We are very proud to say that prior to us starting our company there were no officially registered specialist Wedding Organisers operating anywhere in the Greece. Operating as a legitimate, fully registered company, we were the first to be categorised by the Greek Government solely as ‘Wedding Organisers’. With this unique distinction in mind we at Lindos Weddings are determined to continue to be the premier supplier of exclusive weddings in this beautiful and magical place.

Put simply, we are “Specialist Wedding Organisers that concentrate exclusively on the booking and arrangement of your wedding day, and all the associated details that are inherent with such a special occasion”.

Over the years we have been lucky enough to have received very favourable mentions in national UK wedding and chat magazines, various independent Internet forums (‘Confetti’, ‘Trip Advisor’ and ‘You & Your Wedding’ to name but a few) and have received nothing but excellent feedback with regard to our recent appearance on Sky TV’s ‘Watch’ channel where we were featured in two episodes of ‘Nice Day for a Greek Wedding’, a documentary series following a number of couples as they made their wedding vows in the Greek islands during the summer of 2010. A few years ago we were also invited to take part in a breakfast TV feature on the Greek national TV channel ‘Antenna 1’ discussing the merits of marrying in Rhodes and the benefits to couples from overseas choosing to exchange their vows here.
