At Lindos Weddings we are constantly striving to provide our clients with the very best service and support. This led to us taking our duties of customer care and attention to a unique level. We are the very first wedding planners operating anywhere in Greece to offer their clients a pre-wedding consultation in the UK and Ireland as part of our service.


These visits, held months prior to your ceremony, are available to all Clients and have time and again proved themselves to be a huge success. A crucial aspect of these meetings is the very personal service that they impart. None of our clients are ever merely faceless strangers at the end of a telephone line. From day one a special relationship is formed, that we build upon together throughout the weeks and months leading up to the big day. We firmly believe that merely trying to gauge the style and required ambiance of your wedding day is virtually impossible via telephone and email contact alone. Where as they are useful in the interim, (for us both to stay in touch and keep each other up to date with everything that is going on), they are no substitute for a real understanding and feel for everything you require, the kind of understanding that can only come from a personal, face-to-face meeting with your wedding planner. Unlike some other companies you’ll be dealing with an experienced member of our team at all stages of your planning, right through from your initial enquiry, your consultation, the months leading up to your big day and on through your wedding and subsequent registration at the town hall in Lindos. This aspect of the service we offer is, we feel, crucial in delivering the level of quality and service you deserve.

Locations

Held in a number of different locations, these consultation last on average anywhere from 3 to 4 hours and cover every aspect of your wedding day. From going over all the legal and practical issues, through to planning and discussing every possible combination and detail of all your optional extras, there’s plenty to discuss. Working from a huge portfolio of past weddings and the most up to date information from our suppliers in Rhodes we are able to fire your imagination and finally allow you to visualise your perfect wedding. Knowing that everything is booked and confirmed so early on will allow you to relax and enjoy the build up to your ‘big day’, safe in the knowledge that everything has been taken care of. No more having to wait until your arrival in Rhodes....


The various locations around the UK and Eire are chosen for ease of access and dependent upon local demand. In past years we have found that the following locations have served well in order to provide adequate coverage;

The final location for the consultation will be one of a number of regional centres, chosen for their accessibility and facilities. Typically the location will be comfortable Hotel where you and your Wedding Planner can relax and discuss your up-coming wedding in calm, serene surroundings.

One crucially important aspect of the consultation to consider is that although you will discuss every aspect of your wedding day in great detail, you will not at any time be asked to commit to any of the extra services you have shown an interest and discussed. This will only come later, once you have both have had the chance to recap in private on all that you have learned, and decided exactly what part, or parts, you wish to confirm.

However, for those   in the early stages of their wedding planning   who are visiting Lindos, we are happy to arrange   for an informal chat at our Lindos office with one   of our coordinators. The meeting is free and   without obligation and designed to introduce   you to our service and to what we can do for you   for your wedding day.
