Lindos Wedding Day Package

Our ‘Wedding day Package’ is designed to provide you with all that you need in order for your ceremony in Rhodes to take place. Any additions or embellishments you may feel you would like to add in order to personalise your wedding day are available to be booked separately. We have always felt that this is the perfect way for our clients to both plan their ideal weddings to within their own budget, but also be able to really incorporate their own ideas, desires and individual touches into a very special day.

Even though a Wedding in Rhodes is still very much cheaper (and much more memorable) than a UK based Wedding, we are happy to do whatever we can to ensure that your perfect day takes place within a reasonable budget. As you will have seen on our ‘Home’ page, we have decided to hold the price of our Package at the same level it was throughout 2007, for a 2008 ceremony. With the collapse of the current exchange rate of the Pound we feel this to be fairer to our Clients. Although some Companies have raised their basic price for 2012, we feel that in the current economic climate that this is unnecessary. This price will be honoured for any confirmed booking made with us regardless of the year in which the ceremony is due to take place i.e. for ceremonies in 2013,2014 and so on. By holding to this promise, you know you are now able to secure the services of the most experienced Planners on Rhodes, but at a much more realistic and sensible price.

Package 2012 - £725.00

● A face to face consultation with your Wedding Planner in the    UK or Eire to discuss your wedding day in depth. (*)

● Booking the Wedding date of your choice with the Greek    authorities. (**).

● Booking the wedding ceremony location of your choice.

● Year round telephone and email support as required

● Standard fees associated with your ceremony and in    obtaining your Wedding Licence. (***)

● Advising and assisting you with the required legal paperwork    in Greece and in the UK.

● Liasing with the Greek Registrar in respect of the    presentation of all documentation.

● Help and advice on processing your paperwork upon your    return home.

● A follow up consultation when you arrive in Rhodes with    your personal Wedding Coordinator.

● The booking of all goods and services relating to your    wedding day.

● Liasing with all recommended suppliers in Greece on your    behalf.

● Wedding Coordinator on call for you throughout your stay on    Rhodes.

● Your Wedding Coordinator and typically two assistants    discretely present at your Wedding Ceremony to ensure    everything runs smoothly.

● Time (1 hour) spent decorating and preparing your Reception    venue.

● Coordination of your Wedding Photography if required.

● Lindos Weddings attending the signing of your Marriage    Licence at the Town Hall.

● Lindos Weddings to act as your witnesses (if required).

● Chilled mineral water for the ‘Wedding Party’ available    during your ceremony.

● A personalised gift from Lindos Weddings

This package, at this price, is valid for bookings for the summer of 2012. Bookings for 2013 and 2014 etc will still be offered the price shown here providing the booking is made during 2012.

Our Promise To You

This Package, at this price, is available to all Clients regardless of the year of the proposed wedding. Our promise to Clients booking for 2013, 2014 and beyond is that we will honour this commitment as long as the booking is made whilst the above price is still shown here.
